refund policy

Perfyoume Store does not sell any products that are fake. Please read thoroughly to check if your item is eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Please finalize your order/s before checking out your item/s as we:

– Do not allow return, exchange, refund and cancellation of orders if you have just simply changed your mind or made a mistake;

– Do not accept return, exchange or refund for products that have already been “USED”. Hence, if you have already opened the item and used it or sprayed it, return of such item is no longer allowed.

– Do not accept claims pertaining to authenticity issues (unless proven and provided with proof which is subject to our validation) in order to be issued a return, exchange or refund.

– Do not warrant a return, exchange or refund for damaged packaging.

Once you are approved for a return, exchange or refund, you must:

– Return the item/s and send a proof of shipping/waybill to our email within 7 days upon receiving the item, otherwise, your request will be forfeited. Replacement or refund will be issued once we have received and evaluated the item/s;

– Carefully wrap and secure the package to avoid any further possible damage;

– Print and include our confirmation email in the package that you will be returning;

– Shoulder the shipping cost (not refundable);

– Ensure that the item/s must be in the same condition in which you received them and it must not be opened, sprayed or used. Otherwise, your request will be forfeited.

We have the right to revoke any confirmation made once we have proven that your claims are false upon validation.

Approved refund covers the value of the product only. Shipping costs that have been incurred will be charged to the customer. 

We will not accept returns without a proof of our confirmation email. Please contact PERFYOUME on [email protected] or [email protected] before returning an item.
